UV Rotary Screen Bottle Printing Operator
Chameleon Beverage Company is a custom labeled water bottle company in Commerce, CA. We are currently in search of an operator to work in our bottle printing department. This person would produce printed aluminum and plastic bottles on our Kammann K-15 UV rotary screen printer.
Responsibilities- Set up printer for different bottle types/styles/sizes
- Prepare screens for printing, from one to four color print runs
- Operate printer at optimum speed to fulfill orders on time
- Maintain a high level of quality control
- Maintain clean and safe work environment
- Adjust and maintain proper operating condition of equipment
- Train employees as needed
- Operational knowledge of the Kammann K-15, or similar UV rotary screen printer
- Pantone Color /Spot color mixing knowledge
