Maintenance Planner

RealREPP, a national full-service recruiting firm, is partnering with a well-established food manufacturing company based in Commerce, CA to assist in hiring an experienced Maintenance Planner/Scheduler!

Hours for this shift are 6am-3:30pm PST.

• Review/prioritize work requests
• Generate preventative maintenance orders
• Identify activities required to complete WO & PM
• Estimate labor resources required
• Communicate effectively with WO requester
• Initiate purchase for materials needed
• Determine safety requirements for completion of WO (ie. Lock Out Tag Out)
• Coordinate scheduling meetings with maintenance/production teams
• Determine timeline for WO/PMs
• Create quarterly work schedules
• Conduct inventory checks to ensure appropriate inventory volume
• Ensure all data entry is accurate

• 2+ years maintenance planning/scheduling experience
• Experience with bakery equipment (ie Ishida baggers & Bartelt packaging)
• Experience in food manufacturing environment
  
  Ability to work in a fast paced environment
• Verbal & written English skills
• Bilingual (Spanish) required
• Forklift certification (required)

• $90-110k base (based on experience)
