The Final Assembly Supervisor oversees the final assembly operations, ensuring efficient, high-quality, safe production, and maintaining throughput and on-time delivery on the shift.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and coordinate activities of the final assembly team to ensure efficient operations and adherence to schedules.
- Ensure adherence to quality standards and safety protocols, conducting regular inspections and audits.
- Monitor and improve production throughput and on-time delivery by analyzing performance data and implementing improvements.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, reduce waste, and improve product quality.
- Maintain accurate production records and reports, ensuring timely communication of any issues or delays.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or certification in manufacturing preferred.
- Experience: Minimum 5 years supervisory role in a manufacturing environment.
- Skills: Strong leadership, problem-solving, bilingual, effective communication, knowledge of winding processes, quality & safety focus
- Quality defect rate in Final Assembly processes
- Production throughput and OTD.
- Team adherence to comprehensive safety protocols.
