• Operate industrial sewing machines to assemble pillows & home furnishings products according to specifications
• Follow patterns, templates, and work orders to ensure accurate construction and consistent quality
• Inspect finished pieces for defects, loose threads, and proper seam alignment
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation to support efficient production flow
• Meet daily production quotas while upholding quality standards
• Perform basic machine maintenance and report any equipment issues to supervisors
• Collaborate with team members to meet deadlines and fulfill production goals

• Previous experience in sewing, home furnishings products, preferred
• Proficiency with industrial sewing machines and related equipment
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work
• Ability to work at a steady pace and meet production targets
• Ability to stand, sit, and perform repetitive hand and arm movements for extended periods
• Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player
• Ability to follow verbal and written instructions in a fast-paced environment
