Job Overview
The Manager of Nursing Services is responsible for providing direct oversight and coordination of float staffing resources for the nursing gaps at all PACE sites. In addition, this role will oversee the day‑to‑day nursing operation processes for onsite specialty services, quality assurance and compliance audits, ordering, inventory, and maintenance of clinic equipment, supplies, and standard of work for nursing levels (MA, LVN, and RN) in the respective areas.
Lastly, this position will support ongoing oversight of onsite provider vendors’ workflow and coordination of the delivery of care with internal staff and contracted providers.
- Coordinate and oversee float staffing resources for nursing gaps at all PACE sites.
- Manage day‑to‑day nursing operation processes for onsite specialty services.
- Conduct quality assurance and compliance audits.
- Order, inventory, and maintain clinic equipment, supplies, and work standards for MA, LVN, and RN.
- Provide oversight of onsite provider vendors’ workflow and coordinate delivery of care with internal staff and contracted providers.
- California Board of Registered Nurses licensed and active.
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing;
Master’s degree in Nursing, Healthcare, or Public Health preferred. - Minimum 7 years of experience as a registered nurse, with 3–5 years in nursing management in a healthcare setting.
- Minimum 3 years working with healthcare organizations with Title XXII regulations and/or elderly/geriatric populations.
- Experience working in multidisciplinary teams including nursing, social work, psychology, recreational therapy, occupational therapy, physical therapy, speech therapy, dietetics, medicine, and/or gerontology.
- Valid BLS certification or higher (following AHA or American Red Cross guidelines).
