Part-Time Stock Associate

Summary

As the Stock Associate, you will assist in managing the store’s stock room operations and inventory levels, contributing significantly to the store's overall performance.

• Assist in organizing the stock room and ensuring efficient merchandise flow to the sales floor.
• Support in processing shipments, transfers, damages, and supplies in a timely manner.
• Help in maintaining inventory accuracy through regular audits and cycle counts.
• Work under the guidance of the Stock Supervisor to manage stock safely and securely.
• Contribute to merchandising and planning efforts as directed by management.
• Support store management in loss prevention efforts.
• Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures.
• Engage in store opening and closing procedures as required.

• Preferred 1 year of experience in retail stock management or a related field.
• Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting and moving stock.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Good communication and teamwork abilities.
• A commitment to adhering to company standards and procedures.
