Seasonal Sales Associate (Kipling)
As the front‑line representative of the Kipling brand, you will create memorable shopping experiences by engaging customers, sharing product knowledge, and delivering exceptional service. You will work collaboratively with your team to meet sales goals, maintain store presentation, and support daily operations.
Responsibilities- Engage customers in genuine, personalized interactions.
- Build sales by maintaining a consumer‑centric mindset and modeling strong selling behaviours.
- Share product, brand, and community knowledge to enhance the customer experience.
- Achieve individual and team sales goals using available resources and tools.
- Assist with visual merchandising, product replenishment, and maintaining brand presentation standards.
- Perform cashier duties and support loss‑prevention initiatives as needed.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and customer‑ready store environment.
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and safety standards.
- Model inclusive behaviour respecting diverse backgrounds and experiences.
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred; hands‑on retail experience is a plus.
- 0–1 year of relevant retail experience or equivalent.
- Ability to genuinely engage a diverse group of customers.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Collaborative team player who adapts to changing business needs.
- Willingness to learn and share product and brand knowledge.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Proficient computer skills, including basic retail systems and applications.
- Physical ability to stand and move throughout the store for extended periods and perform tasks such as bending, reaching, squatting, climbing ladders, and lifting light to moderate weight.
Hiring Range: $17.50 – $23.04 USD per hour.
