Support Associate, Retail

Overview

We are a luxury lifestyle brand seeking a Retail Associate to support front‑ and back‑of‑house operations in a fast‑paced retail environment.

Typical day includes performing as a greeter, runner, cashier, answering phones, executing operational policies and procedures, packing/unpacking shipments, and organizing the stock room to support product flow and store operations. The role requires collaboration with the store team to deliver retail excellence.

• One to two years of experience in a high‑volume, customer‑driven retail environment.
• Stock‑related experience is a plus.
• Open availability for a flexible schedule that includes overnights, evenings, holidays and weekends.
• Occasional overnight travel may be required.
• Ability to lift, carry, push, pull, squat, kneel, twist, turn, climb ladders, crawl, reach, bend and stand for extended periods of time (at least 40 lbs).
• Self‑motivated, resourceful, collaborative, and adaptable to changing priorities.

Compensation range: $17.00–$20.00 USD per hour, based on experience and location. Benefits include health care, paid volunteer days, employee discount, and access to wellness programs.
