ALO is seeking a Retail Support Specialist to join the Tier 2 Retail IT team, delivering day-to-day technical support to retail stores and supporting New Store Opening (NSO) activities. You will resolve incidents, fulfill requests, and ensure consistent execution of IT processes.
You will collaborate with peers, the Senior RSD, and the RSD Manager to resolve issues, manage tickets through resolution, and maintain reliable, efficient retail technology for store teams and partners.
