We are seeking a Sales Operations Specialist to support a Sales Manager and drive seamless execution of the sales process from ideation through final delivery. This is a high‑visibility, in‑house role ideal for a detail‑oriented sales support professional who thrives in a fast‑paced, cross‑functional environment.
Position OverviewThe Sales Operations Specialist plays a critical role in supporting sales operations and ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and coordination across all stages of the sales lifecycle. You will serve as a key liaison between Sales, Creative, Marketing, Order Management, and Purchasing teams while maintaining professional relationships with retail customers.
Key Responsibilities- end‑to‑end sales operations support for a Sales Manager and sales team
- Manage and track new product development timelines and deliverables
- Coordinate closely with cross‑functional teams
, including Creative, Marketing, Order Management, and Purchasing - Prepare, process, and manage sales quotations using Oracle
- Monitor sales order progress to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and customer satisfaction
- Maintain professional communication with internal teams and external retail partners
- On‑site position
; must be able to commute to Los Angeles daily (Monday-Friday) - 2+ years of inside sales support or sales operations experience
- College degree preferred
- Excellent written and verbal professional communication skills
- Strong customer‑facing presence; comfortable working with retail customers
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
, including Outlook and Excel - Intermediate Excel skills
, including formulas and data handling - Experience working with ERP systems (Oracle preferred)
