Sales Operations Specialist (Inside Sales Support)

Location:
Los Angeles, CA | On‑Site | Monday-Friday

We are seeking a Sales Operations Specialist to support a Sales Manager and drive seamless execution of the sales process from ideation through final delivery. This is a high‑visibility, in‑house role ideal for a detail‑oriented sales support professional who thrives in a fast‑paced, cross‑functional environment.

Position Overview

The Sales Operations Specialist plays a critical role in supporting sales operations and ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and coordination across all stages of the sales lifecycle. You will serve as a key liaison between Sales, Creative, Marketing, Order Management, and Purchasing teams while maintaining professional relationships with retail customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • end‑to‑end sales operations support for a Sales Manager and sales team
  • Manage and track new product development timelines and deliverables
  • Coordinate closely with cross‑functional teams
    , including Creative, Marketing, Order Management, and Purchasing
  • Prepare, process, and manage sales quotations using Oracle
  • Monitor sales order progress to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and customer satisfaction
  • Maintain professional communication with internal teams and external retail partners
Qualifications & Requirements
  • On‑site position
    ; must be able to commute to Los Angeles daily (Monday-Friday)
  • 2+ years of inside sales support or sales operations experience
  • College degree preferred
  • Excellent written and verbal professional communication skills
  • Strong customer‑facing presence; comfortable working with retail customers
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
    , including Outlook and Excel
  • Intermediate Excel skills
    , including formulas and data handling
  • Experience working with ERP systems (Oracle preferred)
