As a Security Officer with American Security Force, you will serve and safeguard clients while providing exceptional customer service in a professional setting. This role includes greeting and directing visitors, performing regular foot patrols, and ensuring the security and safety of client sites.

• Greet, welcome, direct, and announce visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
• Maintain regular foot patrols according to prescribed schedules.
• Monitor premises and respond to any unusual sounds, odors, or suspicious activity.
• Lock/unlock gates and doors as needed.
• Respond to problem situations and elevate as appropriate.
• Maintain thorough documentation including Daily Activity Reports and Incident Reports.
• Communicate with clients, supervisors, vendors, contractors, and the public professionally.
• Travel between assigned locations throughout the shift as needed.
• Ensure consistent service excellence and customer satisfaction.

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent, OR 5 years of verifiable experience.
• Must have a valid California Driver’s License with a clean driving record.
• Must possess an active California Guard Card.
• Must be able to walk, stand, and travel between job sites during shifts.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background check and drug screening in accordance with federal, state, and local laws.
