Overview
A day in the life. It’s early in Commerce, CA 90040. You walk the production floor, ears tuned to the rhythm of conveyors and servo motors. A line pause flashes on the HMI—an Allen-Bradley PLC fault. You trace the issue through schematics, verify a VFD parameter, and within minutes, the system is humming again. Later, you inspect hydraulic and pneumatic circuits, log preventive actions, and collaborate with operators on a process tweak that boosts uptime.
Before you wrap, you lend a hand installing a new piece of equipment and tidy the shop so the next emergency can be answered in seconds—not minutes.
