• Inspect and identify aircraft parts and receive them using computer software applications
• Load and unload inventory onto shipping containers and flatbed trucks
• Read customer orders, work orders, shipping orders and requisitions to determine items to be pulled from inventory
• Package parts to ship to customers using specific packaging methods to ensure full protection and compliance with customer specifications
• Maintain inventory controls by documenting part traceability and storing photographs using the company network drive and applications
• Pull parts from specific locations within the warehouse and stage them for shipment preparation
• Mark materials with identifying information using appropriate methods
• Validate and record amounts of materials or items received, distributed or cycle counted via appropriate computer programs
• Weigh, count and inspect items to ensure conformity to established standards
• Assist in counting, tarping and movement of physical inventory
• Complete requisition forms to order supplies from other departments
• Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related tasks as needed
• Maintain quality service by following organization standards
• Other duties as assigned

• A high school diploma or GED preferred
• 1–2 years of warehouse experience
• US Person status as defined by ITAR regulations
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling inventory
• Regular, predictable attendance required
• Basic computer and data entry skills
• Effective communication, teamwork, coordination, planning, prioritization, time management, inventory control, record keeping, equipment maintenance, and reliability

• U.S. Citizen, U.S. Permanent Resident (Green Card holder), or asylee/refugee status
• ITAR compliance requirement
• 120.15. Some positions may require current U.S. Citizenship due to contract requirements
