Warehouse Assistant; Bilingual – Chinese & English

We are seeking a detail-oriented and responsible Warehouse Assistant to support daily warehouse operations, documentation, and shipment processing. This role requires strong time management, accuracy in paperwork, and the ability to communicate effectively in both English and Chinese.

Employment Type: Full-Time / On site

• Support daily warehouse administrative and paperwork tasks.
• Process sales and shipment orders in the Kingdee ERP system Kingdee International Software Group.
• Prepare shipping labels and Bills of Lading (BOL).
• Create and manage UPS and LTL shipping documents.
• Schedule freight pickups with carriers and logistics providers.
• Track shipments and update tracking information in systems.
• Communicate with freight carriers, including UPS, regarding pickups, delivery update, and issue resolutions.
• Follow up on shipping delays, exceptions, and documentation issues.
• Ensure all system approvals and records are completed accurately and on time.

• Fluent Chinese is required for daily communication with warehouse staff.
• Experience with ERP systems (Kingdee preferred).
• Familiarity with shipping documents, BOLs, UPS/LTL shipments, and freight coordination.
• Strong attention to detail and take care of time sensitive task in proper manner.
• Responsible, patient, and comfortable handling repetitive documentation tasks.
• Ability to multitask and follow up on logistics issues diligently.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Familiarity with warehouse operations, shipping, and receiving processes.
• Basic computer skills and experience using warehouse management systems (WMS) or ERP system.

• Full-time, on-site position (9.00AM - 5.00PM Monday
  - Friday).
• May require overtime during peak periods.
• Regular interaction with team members, suppliers, and delivery personnel.
