Warehouse SupervisorSummary:
The Warehouse Supervisor oversees a team of warehouse employees and all front-line warehouse operations, while also being able to perform the essential duties of a warehouse worker. This role reports directly to the Warehouse Manager and is responsible for staff performance, efficiency, and compliance with company policies and safety regulations.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Train warehouse personnel in Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and safe work practices
- Manage inventory, conduct counts, and perform product audits
- Coordinate with shipping staff, drivers, customers, and warehouse employees to ensure smooth operations
- Communicate and collaborate with warehouse supervisors and managers on daily activities and priorities
- Maintain and organize storage areas to maximize efficiency and workflow
- Enforce safety procedures and ensure compliance with OSHA standards
Essential Job Functions:
- Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment
- Inspect incoming goods for damage and remove or repackage as needed
- Handle boxes, pallets, and other materials safely, including lifting 50+ pounds
Preferred, but not required:
- Commercial Driver’s License (CDL)
- Experience handling container cargo (e.g., jockey truck, yard truck, top pick, etc.)
- Ability to complete equipment inspections and safely operate trucks for material movement
Knowledge and Skill Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong supervisory and leadership skills with the ability to motivate staff
- Familiarity with warehouse and logistics operations preferred
- Professional appearance and communication skills to represent the company positively
- Ability to obtain and maintain required security credentials (e.g., TWIC or site-specific clearance)
Work Conditions:
This position is in a warehouse environment that may include refrigerated or climate-controlled areas. Employees should expect exposure to varying temperatures and weather conditions (rain, snow, heat, etc.), along with extended periods of standing, walking, and physical activity.

Warehouse Automation TechnicianSummary:
The position of Warehouse Automation Technician is responsible for performing service and installation work on all equipment including AS/RS, conveyor, racking, shrink wrappers, loading dock doors/plates/restraints, air compressors, etc. We are currently seeking candidates for both Day Shift and Night Shift openings. Qualified applicants should indicate their shift preference during the application process.
Job Functions:
- Maintain spare parts inventory for all equipment.
- Provide monthly update of parts consumed.
- Provide service and support to operations team in conjunction with contractor regarding preventative maintenance, troubleshooting and repair on-site 100% of the time.
- Interface with operations team daily, providing daily reports and owning follow up actions.
- Submit all paperwork in a timely and professional manner.
- Participate in developing and maintaining a sense of teamwork within other maintenance department employees.
- Perform routine inspections and equipment repairs on all equipment.
Qualifications:
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Valid driver's license
- Self-starter (the ability to work unsupervised)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or similar business software/applications
- Excellent communication skills to interface with customers and coworkers
- Team player
- Organized with attention to detail
- Ability to resolve complaints and issues while maintaining a professional and calm demeanor.
Education/
Experience:
- Bachelor's degree preferred or Technical Schooling
- Previous experience with electro/mechanical repair and troubleshooting
- Previous experience with diagnostic tools and equipment
Physical Requirements:
- Constantly positions oneself through stooping, kneeling, crouching, and crawling in and around machinery for inspections and maintenance
- Must be able to ascend and descend a fixed vertical ladder, up to 75' high, 10% of the time
