Ernest is currently in search of Warehouse Associates (10:00AM - 6:30PM) for our division located in Commerce, CA. This is a full-time position that offers a competitive pay rate, benefits, along with an amazing employee first culture.

Operating hours:
Monday - Friday (10:00AM - 6:30PM)

• minimum 2 years of experience as a sit down forklift operator
• This is a night shift position and the ideal candidate will have previous experience in night shift roles.
• Working knowledge of warehousing operations as it relates to the specific functions of product movement, inventory, and forklift operations
• Ability to carry out responsibilities under general supervision
• Detail-oriented
• Customer service focused
• Ability to Meet or exceed performance goals, including pallets/hour, lines pulled and truck loading time
• Safe operation of a sit down forklift and/or powered pallet jack
• Report shortages or other discrepancies
• Ability to move/lift 50 lbs.
• Load materials into vehicles and install strapping, bracing, or padding to prevent shifting or damage in transit
• Identifies and compares product picked by bin location and item number listed on SOP
• Practical knowledge of Excel and MS Outlook

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $22.00 - $24.00 per hour
