Join a friendly, established law firm in Commerce, GA as a Receptionist/Legal Secretary supporting attorneys, staff, and clients in a professional yet down-to-earth environment. This is a full-time, in-office role with steady hours, meaningful client interaction, and a mix of front desk and legal administrative responsibilities.

If You Have
  • Prior experience working in a law firm office (required).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • The ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a busy environment.
  • Strong interpersonal and customer service skills, with a focus on creating a positive client experience.
  • Comfort using basic office technology for calendaring, email, document management, and e-filing.
You Will Be
  • Welcoming clients and visitors to the firm and ensuring a positive first impression.
  • Answering, screening, forwarding phone calls, and responding to email and in-person inquiries.
  • Scheduling appointments and maintaining calendars for attorneys and paralegals.
  • Calendaring court deadlines, hearings, and other key dates.
  • Organizing and maintaining client files in accordance with firm guidelines.
  • Handling filing, scanning, copying, binding, and general office supply management.
  • E-filing documents with various courts.
  • Receiving, sorting, scanning, and processing incoming mail.
  • Delivering documents and correspondence to the courthouse as needed.
  • Running occasional errands such as post office, bank, and courthouse runs.
  • Supporting overall office management and assisting with basic legal documents as directed.
