Aboutthe Role
We need a sharp, bilingual transformation leader to accelerate our US expansion. You'll be the strategic bridge between our Korean headquarters and American operations—driving the organizational changes that turn executive vision into operational reality. Key Responsibilities- Lead change initiatives across organizational restructuring, process redesign, and cultural transformation—acting as the critical link between executive leadership and frontline teams
- Identify and eliminate inefficiencies through workflow optimization, resource reallocation, and best-practice implementation across departments
- Drive turnaround strategies for underperforming functions while supporting revenue growth and market expansion projects
- Own cross-functional coordination on strategic initiatives, delivering executive-ready reports and presentations in both Korean and English
- Monitor and optimize KPIs
, translating data into actionable insights that inform C-suite decision-making - Facilitate adoption of new systems, tools, and workflows—ensuring seamless transitions during periods of rapid growth
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field
- 7–10 years of corporate experience with proven exposure to transformation, operational excellence, or strategic projects
- Native-level bilingual proficiency in Korean and English (written and spoken)
- Demonstrated analytical rigor and ability to synthesize complex information into clear recommendations
- Strong stakeholder management skills with experience navigating matrixed, multinational organizations
- Comfort with ambiguity and ability to deliver results in fast-moving environments
- Experience in manufacturing, automotive, or battery/chemical industries
- Track record of leading successful organizational change
