Job DescriptionYour role? Transform data into levers of growth. At the heart of the Sales team of BMS International, you will be the guarantor of performance and the strategic pilot of a portfolio of products representing more than 10 million euros in annual revenue. Your objective: to ensure sustainable growth by combining analysis, business vision, and operational excellence.
You will work on 6 main pillars:
1. Advertising
Manage and optimize Amazon Ads campaigns with budgets of several hundred thousand euros.
Analyze the return on investment and propose continuous adjustments to maximize profitability.
2. Pricing
Adjust prices dynamically according to competition, market trends, and target margins.
Define and pilot promotional strategies (deals, seasonal events, marketing operations).
3. Forecasting & Stock Monitoring
Predict sales and anticipate stock needs.
Avoid stockouts and overstocks through rigorous monitoring and close coordination with logistics.
4. Competitive Intelligence & Market Analysis
Monitor competitors' trends, prices, and performance.
Identify growth opportunities and propose concrete adaptation strategies.
5. Listing & Support
Optimize product listings (titles, descriptions, images, SEO) in collaboration with internal teams.
Manage Amazon tickets and flags: suspensions, compliance alerts, support tracking.
6. Process & Management
Accompany and grow junior profiles.
Improve internal processes and pilot a strategic Sales project with a high impact.
Who you are?
You are comfortable with numbers and can analyze complex data to make the right decisions.
You demonstrate autonomy, rigor, and a true sense of detail.
You have a solid business culture and an understanding of the 6 pillars of sales.
You master Excel, Power BI, or any other advanced analysis tool.
Experience in e-commerce / Amazon FBA is a major asset.
