- Adjust and operate advanced surveying instruments, including the theodolite and electronic distance-measuring equipment.
- Support the Field Engineer with concrete and pipe layout tasks.
- Utilize Construction Levels and Transits effectively.
- Compile detailed notes, perform layout calculations, create sketches, and input data into computer systems.
- Demonstrate the ability to read and verify construction blueprints and plans.
- This role requires frequent lifting of up to 50 lbs.
- Adhere to established safety protocols and maintain a drug‑free work environment.
- Preferred 2 years of experience as a Rodman in Commercial Construction.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs is essential.
