** Job Summary*

** Dental Laboratory Processor Technician
** supports the denture fabrication process by preparing accurate models, articulating cases, polishing dental prosthetics, and performing other laboratory production duties.

The successful candidate will be organized, dependable, mechanically inclined, and willing to learn and cross-train in multiple areas of the dental laboratory.

** Essential Functions & Responsibilities*
* + Pour dental impressions into  
** plaster
* * to create accurate denture models.

+ Trim and prepare plaster models for further dental laboratory processing.

+ Articulate dental cases according to established laboratory procedures.

+ Polish dentures and removable dental prosthetics to meet quality standards.

+ Assist with the preparation and processing of dentures and other dental prosthetics.

+ Perform various dental laboratory duties as assigned.

+ Maintain accuracy and attention to detail throughout all stages of laboratory production.

+ Follow established  
** OSHA protocols and dental laboratory safety procedures** .

+ Cross-train in other areas of the dental laboratory as needed.

+ Maintain a clean, organized, and safe laboratory work environment.

+ Work collaboratively with dental laboratory technicians and team members to complete cases efficiently and accurately.

** Educational Requirements*
* +  
** High School Diploma or equivalent*
* ** Preferred Experience*
* +  
** 0-6 months of experience trimming and pouring denture models preferred.*
* + Previous  
** plaster bench experience preferred** .

+ Prior dental laboratory, dental assisting, manufacturing, production, or other hands-on technical experience is a plus, but not required.

+ Experience working with dental models or prosthetic materials is beneficial.

** General Knowledge, Skills & Abilities*
