We are seeking a detail-oriented Dental Laboratory Processor Technician to support the fabrication of high-quality dentures and dental prosthetics for patients. This hands-on position performs essential laboratory processing tasks, including pouring and trimming plaster models, articulating dental cases, polishing dentures, and assisting with various stages of prosthetic fabrication.

The Dental Laboratory Processor Technician supports the denture fabrication process by preparing accurate models, articulating cases, polishing dental prosthetics, and performing other laboratory production duties.
The successful candidate will be organized, dependable, mechanically inclined, and willing to learn and cross-train in multiple areas of the dental laboratory.
Essential Functions & Responsibilities- Pour dental impressions into plaster to create accurate denture models.
- Trim and prepare plaster models for further dental laboratory processing.
- Articulate dental cases according to established laboratory procedures.
- Polish dentures and removable dental prosthetics to meet quality standards.
- Assist with the preparation and processing of dentures and other dental prosthetics.
- Perform various dental laboratory duties as assigned.
- Maintain accuracy and attention to detail throughout all stages of laboratory production.
- Follow established OSHA protocols and dental laboratory safety procedures
. - Cross-train in other areas of the dental laboratory as needed.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe laboratory work environment.
- Work collaboratively with dental laboratory technicians and team members to complete cases efficiently and accurately.
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 0–6 months of experience trimming and pouring denture models preferred.
- Previous plaster bench experience preferred
. - Prior dental laboratory, dental assisting, manufacturing, production, or other hands-on technical experience is a plus, but not required.
- Experience working with dental models or prosthetic materials is beneficial.
- Confident and comfortable working with your hands.
- Strong hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity
. - Mechanical ability and/or artistic ability.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced dental laboratory environment
. - Comfortable working independently and as part of a team.
- Highly organized and able to manage multiple laboratory tasks.
- Ability to follow detailed instructions and established laboratory procedures.
- Willingness to learn new dental laboratory techniques and processes.
- Understanding of OSHA protocols and laboratory safety practices
. - Willingness to cross-train in all areas of the dental laboratory.
- Dependable, motivated, and eager to develop hands-on technical skills.
The Dental Laboratory Processor Technician position provides an excellent entry point into the dental laboratory profession.
