WHAT YOU’LL DO- Lead the design, launch, and optimization of assembly lines using Lean principles, with ownership of safety, quality, throughput, and OEE
- Own manufacturing processes end‑to‑end, from concept and equipment selection through production ramp and ongoing performance
- Evaluate and implement new manufacturing technologies, automation, and capital equipment to improve cost, quality, and delivery
- Design and approve fixtures, tooling, and error‑proofing solutions to enable
OUT scalable, reliable production - Establish and maintain manufacturing standards, including process documentation, work instructions, and training materials
- Develop and sustain PM/PdM and operator TPM programs in partnership with operations and maintenance
- Lead structured, data‑driven problem solving to support zero‑defect launches and continuous improvement
- Communicate risks, tradeoffs, timelines, and results clearly to leadership and influence decisions with sound engineering judgment
- Mentor junior engineers and technicians and contribute to plant and business strategy, including capacity and cost improvements
- Bachelors degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (Masters preferred)
- 5–10 years of manufacturing or industrial engineering experience in a production environment
- Proven ownership of manufacturing systems and accountability for results
- Strong commitment to safety, quality, and compliance
- Business‑minded, data‑driven decision maker with strong root‑cause problem‑solving skills
- Experience pixels modifying structured problem solving (Six Sigma Greenbelt or Blackbelt preferred)
- Continuous‑improvement mindset with demonstrated performance gains
- Effective collaborator able to influence across operations, maintenance, quality, and supply chain
- Proficiency with CAD tools (AutoCAD, Solid Works or similar); experience with statistics or analysis tools a plus
- Hands‑on experience with machine design, automation, or PLCs preferred
- Willingness to travel internationally (
