As a Manufacturing Engineer, you will be responsible for developing and executing crisp manufacturing strategies that deliver continually improving performance to Quality, Engineering, and Operations. • Design, develop and improve new and existing assembly lines.
• Conduct teardown analysis of field returns to drive product improvements.
• Drive focused problem-solving and interpretation of data.
• Communicate clear action plans and results to leadership and colleagues.
• Maintain all manufacturing process documentation.
• Lead kaizen events to drive continual process improvement.
• Contribute to our strategy and execution beyond just your scope of responsibility.
• Develop and implement new manufacturing technology.

• Strong problem-solving abilities (Six Sigma Greenbelt, Blackbelt preferred).
• Experience with 2D and 3D CAD modelling software (AutoCAD, Solid Works), Project, Office, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Minitab, FEA and PLC programming (ladder logic) a plus. BSME and BSEE required.
• Familiarity with the philosophy of lean.
• 0-5 years of experience.
