Customer Service Specialist – Jefferson, GA

Schedule:
Monday through Friday, 9:00 am -- 5:30 pm.

Customer Service Responsibilities:

Maintain positive retailer relationships and provide exemplary customer service. Receive phone inquiries/requests from Ace retailers regarding orders, adjustments, will calls, stock on hand, etc. Work closely with shipping and traffic departments regarding scheduled shipments. Work with credit department concerning credit status when rush orders are received. Ensure accuracy of various documents, including but not limited to, purchase orders, invoices, return goods authorization for credits/debits, etc.
