Position: Talent Acquisition & Employee Engagement Specialist

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate new hire onboarding, orientations, and employment documentation.
  • Support employee engagement, retention initiatives, and first 90‑day check‑ins.
  • Build relationships with production associates and provide employee support.
  • Partner with staffing agencies on workforce planning, performance, and retention.
  • Assist with HR activities, employee records, attendance tracking, and compliance initiatives.
  • Support employee relations and workplace communication.
Qualifications
  • 2+ years of experience in staffing, recruiting, HR, workforce management, or employee relations.
  • Experience supporting hourly manufacturing, warehouse, or production employees preferred.
  • Strong communication, coaching, and relationship‑building skills.
  • Experience with onboarding, staffing partnerships, or employee engagement preferred.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
