We are looking for experienced and driven
Operations Managers to support a large-scale warehouse operation during an exciting start-up phase. This role will lead operations teams across multiple shifts, drive performance, and help create a culture focused on safety, accountability, teamwork, and operational excellence.

• Lead daily warehouse operations across multiple shifts
• Manage and develop operations supervisors, team leads, and frontline employees
• Drive performance in safety, productivity, quality, and customer service
• Support workforce planning, staffing strategies, and operational execution
• Monitor KPIs and implement continuous improvement initiatives
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and operational procedures
• Partner closely with HR, Safety, Quality, Inventory Control, and Customer teams
• Coach and develop leaders to build a high-performing operational culture
• Support site start-up activities, process implementation, and operational stabilization
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, accuracy, and employee engagement

• Operations leadership experience in warehouse, logistics, distribution, manufacturing, or supply chain environments
• Experience leading large teams in high-volume operations
• Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, changing environment
• Experience supporting multi-shift or 24/7 operations preferred
• Strong problem-solving and continuous improvement mindset
• Ability to build strong partnerships across departments
• Experience with warehouse systems, metrics, and operational reporting

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field preferred
• Start-up, transition, or greenfield launch experience strongly preferred
• Experience managing salaried leaders and hourly work forces
• Lean, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement experience is a plus

How you will contribute

• Manage the daily activities of a logistics operation to maximize scheduling and delivery of commodities to the customer.
• Interface with customer to ensure smooth
  -coordination of scheduling and maximization of schedule adherence; provides input on local conditions, identifies needs and receives direction on real-time staffing increases or decreases.
• Enact contingency plans as needed; accelerate and direct activities during system problems, disasters, etc.; identify potential problems, troubleshoot, elevate issues to local and senior management, and participate in post-mortem analysis of problems providing input for future process improvements.
• Review ongoing performance results to targets. Take corrective measures with authorization, elevate as needed
• Responsible for providing effective leadership to the Warehouse Managers and/or team, enforcing company standards, act as a role model.
