Commerce, GA Shift: First shift Monday-Friday 6:00am-4:30pm paying $18.25 Join our growing team and build your career in a supportive environment! We are looking for dedicated Assembly Workers passionate about quality, safety, and teamwork.

• Plan assembly procedures and position parts by following specifications or blueprints.
• Prepare and clean parts for close fitting assembly.
• Fasten parts with bolts, screws, rivets, and other fasteners.
• Install moving parts, piping, and wiring as required.
• Test product movement and system functions.
• Align and mesh control valves.
• Assist or participate in product testing.
• Pack and label products according to customer requirements.
• Adhere to all safety guidelines and participate in ongoing training.

• Wear safety eyewear and steel-toed shoes at all times.
• Follow proper lifting techniques.
• Obtain forklift training (if applicable).
• Participate in hazard communication and emergency procedure training.

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 1–3 months related experience and/or training preferred.
• Able to read and follow instructions and safety documents.
• Basic math and reasoning skills.
• Ability to lift up to 35 lbs, stand for long periods, and perform repetitive motions.
• Team player with a strong dedication to quality and safety.

• Team-oriented, dedicated, and flexible with scheduling.
• Self-starter who takes initiative.
• Leadership abilities are a plus.

• Moderate noise level.
• Exposure to moving mechanical parts is occasional.
