Commerce Pay Rate: $18.45 per hour Shift: 1st Shift 7am- 7pm Monday-Wednesday

Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and efficient Picker/Packer to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring our products are packaged accurately and meet quality standards for shipment. Your ability to maintain an organized workspace and collaborate effectively with team members will be key to our operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Pack products according to specified standards and guidelines to ensure quality and accuracy.
• Inspect items for defects or damages prior to packing, ensuring only high-quality products are shipped.
• Label packages accurately with all necessary shipping information to facilitate smooth logistics.
• Utilize packing materials effectively to minimize waste and reduce costs.
• Maintain a clean and organized packing area to enhance operational efficiency.
• Work collaboratively with team members to achieve production goals and meet deadlines.
• Adhere to all safety guidelines and protocols to maintain a safe working environment.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous experience in a packing or warehouse environment is advantageous.
• Ability to lift and carry heavy items as part of daily responsibilities.
• Strong attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy in task performance.
• Effective communication skills and the ability to work well within a team.
• Basic math skills for accurate counting and measuring.
