We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Practical Nurse to join our healthcare team. In this role, you will manage a long-term care patient area and lead a nursing department shift, ensuring that every patient receives the highest quality of care.

• Plan and direct activities for assigned staff while overseeing the delivery of safe patient care.
• Adhere to all relevant regulations and standards governing nursing practice.
• Administer medications accurately and in accordance with physician orders and facility policies.
• Monitor and record vital signs; collect laboratory specimens as necessary.
• Provide emotional support and guidance to patients and their families.

• Current Licensed Practical Nurse license.
• Commitment to the organization's standards, values, and philosophies.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Able to cultivate positive working relationships with patients, family members, and healthcare team members.
