Your Impact as an LPN:
As a Licensed Practical Nurse, you play a critical role in delivering high-quality clinical care and ensuring the well-being of our patients. You will work closely with RNs, CNAs, and the interdisciplinary team to provide compassionate, person-centered care.
Key Responsibilities:
* Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
* Monitor residents' conditions and report changes to the care team
* Provide direct nursing care in accordance with care plans
* Supervise and support CNAs in delivering quality care
* Maintain accurate and timely documentation
* Ensure compliance with all clinical policies and regulatory standards
* Communicate effectively with residents, families, and team members
What You Bring:
* Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license (State of Georgia or eligible)
* A passion for delivering compassionate, high-quality care
* Strong clinical judgment and critical thinking skills
* Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
* Reliability and a commitment to excellence
* Prior long-term care experience preferred, but not required
