• Graduate from our New Agent Launch program, which teaches you all you need to know to be a successful Realtor in today's market. The average agent closes 3.4 transactions during this time.
• Work with sales agents to help buyers find the perfect home.
• Provide detailed, written feedback to refine clients’ search criteria.
• Write and negotiate offers on behalf of the sales agent and clients.
• Lead generate a minimum of 10 hours a week.
• Participate in team activities such as client events, script practicing, dialing, door knocking, and social media.
• Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching sessions, training, and partner calls.
• Track tasks and activities using PLACE Technology.

• Real estate license required.
• People-oriented, driven, and coachable.
• Punctual, positive attitude, and able to spend significant time driving.
• Ability to analyze clients’ needs and match them to homes.
• High school graduate.
