- Contract-to-Close Mastery:

- Experience:
At least 1+ years of dedicated real estate transaction coordination. You know the lifecycle of a deal inside and out. - Credentials:
An active Real Estate License is a significant plus, though not strictly required for the right candidate with extensive experience. - Tech Savvy:
You are comfortable in the digital trenches. Familiarity with KW Command and Brivity is a major advantage. - Radical Attention to Detail:
