Wage and Compensation

The hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location. The hourly wage ranges from $14 to $27 per hour. Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives. Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if criteria are met.

General merchandise associates greet customers on the sales floor, offer assistance and recommend merchandise based on customers' wants and needs. They also ensure Hobbies & Home Improvement displays are maintained and in proper order throughout the day. Paint mixing and fabric cutting may be required.
