• High School Diploma or GED.
• Proficient knowledge of general retail practices.
• Experience motivating a team to accomplish goals.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and communicate direction.
• Experience mentoring and training associates on selling and operational processes.
• Flexible schedule availability including holidays, nights, weekends, and extended hours.
• Basic computer skills.

• Lift up to 40 lbs from floor to shoulder height safely.
• Meet demands of walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, climbing, pushing, pulling, and repetitive lifting.
• Be mobile on the sales floor for extended periods.
• Experience as a motivated team player.
• Communicate the manager’s game plan and manage multiple tasks with a positive attitude.
