The Part‑Time Sales Associate is responsible for supporting sales performance, delivering an exceptional customer experience, and executing day‑to‑day store operations.

• Ensure excellence in customer service by upholding high retail standards and executing customer engagement strategies.
• Initiate conversations with customers, assess preferences, and suggest products to meet their needs.
• Assist customers in the fitting room and recommend products through suggestive selling.
• Promote the rewards program and meet weekly loyalty sign‑up goals.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards, keeping the sales floor clean, organized and well‑stocked.
• Assist in opening and closing procedures, process transactions accurately, handle cash and maintain point‑of‑sale integrity.
• Follow all company and store policies and procedures.
• Respond promptly to any injuries and report them to the manager on duty.
• Participate in loss prevention audits and comply with loss prevention policies to minimize shrinkage.

• Minimum age 16 or older.
• Arrive on time for scheduled shifts and work a flexible schedule (minimum 12 hours per week, including one weekend day; additional availability a plus).
• Must be able to stand, walk, and move throughout the store during scheduled shifts.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 25 lbs regularly and up to 50 lbs occasionally.
• Ability to push/pull full racks of merchandise for restocking; reach, stretch, bend, stoop, and crouch as needed.
• Manual labor required occasionally to assemble displays or rearrange store layout.
• Must be able to read labels accurately, assist customers, and perform tasks that require attention to detail.
