We are looking for a dynamic and inspirational Key Holder to support the Store Manager and Assistant Manager to ensure the smooth and efficient running of the Store. You will use your outstanding coaching and mentoring skills to lead by example, modelling the behaviors that the sales team need to demonstrate in order to provide inspirational, authentic and personalized customer service to achieve all sales and customer service targets.
- Use coaching and mentoring skills to lead by example and model desired behaviors for the sales team.
- Carry out start and end of day cash reconciliation.
- Open and close the store on a rota basis.
- Support the smooth and efficient daily operations of the store.
Ideal candidates are ambitious self‑starters with previous retail experience, looking for their first supervisory experience. This role provides a first step toward a long‑term career with a leader in prestige beauty.
Qualifications- Proven retail experience, preferably within cosmetics.
- Ability to provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service.
- Desirable: previous retail operations experience including cash reconciliation, opening, and closing the store.
- Desirable: supervisory or coaching/mentoring experience to achieve sales and customer service targets.
- Ability to work retail hours including days, nights, weekends, and special events in a fast‑paced environment.
- Experience with point‑of‑sale software.
- Must be able to provide proof of right to live and work in the country if invited to interview.
The anticipated hourly range for this position is $17.63 to $29.38. Exact hourly rate depends on experience, skills, education, and budget. The range may vary by geographic location.
