Location: Store – Commerce, 210 Banks Crossing Drive, Commerce, GA 30529, USA

Pay Rate: $13.50 per hour (Full‑time)

• Thoroughly examine and grade donated goods for retail sale.
• Process items quickly to meet production goals in a fast‑paced setting.
• Maintain a professional, patient, “people first” attitude with guests.
• Provide donation receipts to guests at the time of donation.
• Respond to guest questions and resolve issues following standard operating procedures.
• Sort donations into designated categories and maintain a clean, organized donor area.
• Communicate effectively with management and peers; promote teamwork.
• Assist truck drivers with loading and unloading donations.
• Attend all required trainings and meetings.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Minimum one year of production experience preferred.
• Basic math and reading skills.
• Good oral and written communication skills in English.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to foster a healthy team culture.
• Age 18 or older for forklift certification; individuals aged 16‑17 cannot operate forklifts, balers, or compactors.

• Must wear appropriate safety footwear.
• Must work in all conditions, including heat, cold, and dust.
• Must meet physical requirements: bend, reach, grasp, stand, walk, push, pull, and lift up to 30 lb.
