Climate Express Drivers make America Great one mile at a time, and they run a lot of miles.

2022 or newer Volvo 760 automatic trucks with 68 cruise mpg and pedal, ergonomically designed seats, 70 L / 96 W sleepers, larger than average built‑in refrigerators, auxiliary power units, dual antennas, flat‑screen TV mount, satellite radios.

Safety is the responsibility of everyone. The operations team will dispatch you safely and legally. Loads are primarily in the middle corridor of the United States. The truck undergoes regular maintenance and the shop is available 24/7.

Drivers meet face‑to‑face with managers and team members, and the operations department is available 24/7.

Pay is based on work record and experience. Paid loaded and empty on practical miles, up to 5%-7% more miles a year than companies paying for short miles. Includes annual raises, merit raises, safety bonuses and performance bonuses.

The company understands the need for work‑home balance. While away, drivers earn money to support their families and the operations team works to get them home on time.
