Job Description
You will be the MICE Sales Manager for the opening of Mama Shelter in Como.
Mission
Reporting to the Sales Director, you will be the maestro of our MICE events in Como. Your goal is to make Mama Shelter Lake Como the must‑visit destination for companies and groups by achieving revenue targets while preserving our unique DNA.
Responsibilities

You unearth, develop, and pamper our MICE client portfolio, from agencies to large corporations, while crafting quarterly attack plans to seduce the market.
As an ambassador, you proudly fly Mama’s colors at trade shows and sign the best deals with a smile and unwavering determination.
You work hand‑in‑hand with the events team to transform every request into success, ensuring fluid communication with all departments.
You analyze the competition and collaborate with the GSO to sniff out new global opportunities, always staying one step ahead.
You organize unforgettable site visits, client events that leave a lasting impression, and welcome our VIPs like kings and queens.

Qualifications

You have strong experience in hospitality sales, with solid expertise in MICE and F&B events.
You’re a natural dealmaker who thrives on building relationships and closing business.
You think strategically but act operationally.
