Rapidly growing industrial services / project-based company seeking a hands-on Controller to lead and scale the accounting function in a fast-paced operational environment.
Keys:
- Must come from construction or similar project-based industries such as mechanical contracting, specialty contracting, industrial services, engineering, or public accounting with heavy construction/WIP/job costing exposure
- Strong job costing, WIP/progress billing, contract review, cash flow, and sales/use tax experience
- Must understand operational/project-based environments
- 10+ years progressive accounting/finance experience preferred
