Construction Office Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and manage change orders
• Prepare and manage procure-to-pay process
• Administration of payment procedures
• Administration of back‑charges and resolution of claims
• Interface with multiple departments and disciplines to evaluate seller/subcontractor performance, ensuring compliance with contractual obligations
• Interface with business services for invoice and document management resolution
• Oversee sub‑contractors
• Track material costs and quantities entering project sites
• Create reports based on monthly material costs and inventory
• Other duties as assigned

• Proven track record of working in construction and/or transportation
• Thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Enjoys construction projects and completing assignments on time
• Self-oriented, organized, a great communicator, and approachable
• Comfortable working within a team environment at the project site
• Previous experience in the construction industry
• Willing and able to commute to the office
• Legally authorized to work in the United States

Compensation: $25.00 – $35.00 per hour
