AP Seminar Teacher
AP Seminar is a foundational course that engages students in cross-curricular exploration of complex academic and real-world issues through the analysis of diverse perspectives. Using an inquiry-based framework, students develop critical thinking, research, and communication skills. Students analyze a variety of sources, including articles, research studies, literary and philosophical texts, speeches, and multimedia content. They learn to evaluate information, synthesize ideas from multiple perspectives, and develop evidence-based arguments.
Throughout the course, students produce written essays and deliver oral and visual presentations, both individually and collaboratively. AP Seminar prepares students to think critically, communicate effectively, and engage thoughtfully with complex topics in both academic and real-world settings.
