Role
Senior Manager, Process & Manufacturing Engineering, overseeing manufacturing support, process optimization, validation, and capital projects at the Rancho Dominguez biopharma facility.
Responsibilities- lead a multidisciplinary engineering team
- drive process improvements, technology transfer, equipment validation, and lifecycle management
- manage capital initiatives from planning to execution
- ensure compliance with GMP, ISO, and validation standards
- and collaborate across departments including Operations, Quality, Supply Chain, and R&D.
- Bachelor's in Engineering or related field
- 10+ years in biopharmaceutical or biotech manufacturing, with at least 5 years in leadership roles
- extensive experience in manufacturing operations, process engineering, validation, and regulated environments
- familiarity with filtration, single-use technologies, and operational excellence tools like Lean and Six Sigma
advanced degree (MS, MBA); background supporting biologics or advanced manufacturing processes.
