Corporate Controller (CPA) – Manufacturing & Operations
Carbon Activated Corporation (CAC) is seeking a hands-on Corporate Controller (CPA) to lead our accounting operations and elevate financial discipline across our multi-entity organization, including a growing U.S.
-based manufacturing facility.
This role oversees a 3-person accounting team and partners directly with ownership to strengthen cash management, protect bank covenants, optimize working capital, and improve profitability.
Key areas:- Manage line of credit & covenant compliance
- Drive 7-10 day month-end close
- Strengthen manufacturing cost controls
- Identify U.S. manufacturing incentives
- 8–12+ years progressive experience
- Manufacturing or inventory-intensive background
- Strong working capital & banking experience
- $100,000 - $150,000, negotiable based on experience
- Performance-based growth path toward CFO
