Demand Generation

• Collect, analyze, and validate demand forecasts in collaboration with outside storage inventory replacement, and 3PL.
• Collaborate with distributors, and 3PLs to resolve data-related issues and ensures data availability for reporting purposes.
• Support supply planning by planning of importing capacity, product in transit, production capacity, lead times, and supplier constraints.
• Conduct scenario planning and “what-if” analysis to evaluate supply chain risks and opportunities.

• Monitor inventory levels and recommend adjustments to align with service level and working capital targets. Analyze demand planning data from various sources.
• Identify slow-moving, excess, or obsolete inventory and support mitigation strategies. Develop informative reporting, dashboards, and visualization insights.
• Analyst planning forecast provides procurement and sourcing of demand planning.

• Develop and maintain KPI dashboards and reports (forecast accuracy, fill rates, inventory turns, OTIF).
• Provide actionable insights to improve demand planning, supply planning, and overall S&OP processes.
• Leverage data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or equivalent) for clear communication of insights.

• Maintain and optimize supply chain planning systems such as Business Central and Arrow stream.
• Support continuous improvement projects to enhance forecasting, planning, and reporting processes.

• Work closely with Operations, Procurement, Logistics, and Customer Service teams to resolve planning issues.
• Support product lifecycle planning for new launches, promotions, and end-of-life transitions.
• Train and develop team members on best practices in inventory control and optimization.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
