Inventory and Order Processing Clerk

Our client, a leading organization in the distribution and supply chain industry, is seeking an Inventory and Order Processing Clerk to join their team. As a Inventory and Order Processing Clerk, you will be part of the Supply Chain Operations supporting inventory management and logistics coordination. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and excellent organizational abilities, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Inventory and Order Processing Clerk

Pay Range: $21 - $23/hr.

Shift: 8am-5pm, Monday through Friday

• Analyze inventory data to identify trends, gaps, risks, and opportunities for optimization
• Maintain accurate inventory records across systems and support cycle counts and reconciliations
• Manage purchase orders, sales orders, and vendor communication related to inventory
• Coordinate with transportation teams, warehouses, and supply chain partners to support inventory flow and replenishment
• Build and manage shipment planning related to inventory movement, including FTL and LTL shipments

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in Supply Chain, Business, Operations, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in inventory, demand planning, or supply chain analytics
• Strong Excel skills and experience with ERP systems (e.g., Net Suite, SAP, BC)
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail and problem‑solving skills
• Excellent communication and cross‑functional collaboration abilities
