West Coast PL Facilities Supervisor

Marshalls Job Summary

Responsible for the upkeep and repair of equipment, building, and grounds, including electrical, HVAC, conveyor, powered industrial equipment, and life safety equipment. Coordinates with local contractors and vendors.

• Oversee all work and demonstrate SME level knowledge on all MHE in the building
• Manage site projects as needed
• Align priorities and workload scheduling with operational leaders to support production goals
• Coordinate with local contractors/vendors for equipment services and ensure contract compliance
• Coordinate daily maintenance, troubleshooting, and preventative maintenance of equipment
• Obtain services for repairs and maintenance of the facility’s equipment
• Ensure timely and accurate completion of reports and recordkeeping requirements
• Ensure all vendor work is completed at budget and verified prior to approval or sign-off
• Understand and drive budget requirements

• Conduct routine building walks across all assigned facilities to proactively identify repair needs, deferred maintenance, and safety concerns.
• Assess interior and exterior building conditions, dock equipment, HVAC systems, plumbing, electrical infrastructure, racking, life safety systems, and exterior conditions.
• Prioritize repair work based on operational impact and safety risk.
• Develop repair plans and, if needed, elevate significant structural or capital concerns to the Facilities Manager.
• Maintain a rolling log of facility deficiencies and corrective action plans.

• Serve as the primary facilities liaison to the 3PL leadership team.
• Partner with TJX and 3PL operations to maintain safe working conditions and ensure building and regulatory compliance.
• Identify, address, and resolve safety-related building issues (dock plates, lighting, trip hazards, guardrails, fire lanes, etc.).
• Participate in routine safety walks and collaborate with stakeholders to implement corrective actions.
• Support OSHA compliance, fire/life safety standards, and applicable local codes.
• Promote a culture of shared ownership and accountability for building safety, upkeep, and overall appearance.

This position has a starting salary range of $61,000.00 to $82,100.00 per year. Actual starting pay is determined by a number of factors, including relevant skills, qualifications, and experience.
