Machine Operator
Our client, a leader in digital security manufacturing, is seeking a Machine Operator to join their team. As a Machine Operator, you will be part of the manufacturing department supporting production operations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Compton, CA
Pay Range: $19.27/hr.
Shift: PM Shift – 6PM – 6:15AM
Work Schedule:
Every other Saturday, Sunday, Monday, and Tuesday
What's the Job?
- Operate and monitor assigned machinery to produce secure credit cards
- Load materials and products into packaging and processing equipment
- Inspect products and remove defective items from the packaging line
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Work efficiently in a high-volume, fast-paced manufacturing setting
What's Needed?
- 1–2 years of prior manufacturing or machine operation experience
- Ability to comfortably lift up to 30 lbs
- Willingness to work 12-hour shifts, including weekends as scheduled
- Ability to complete an online application and attend an in-person interview
- Must pass background and drug screenings
