Techmer PM is seeking a Lead Operator for the 2nd shift (3:00pm-3:30am, Monday-Thursday) in Compton, CA. The role focuses on overseeing the safe and efficient operation of extrusion lines, including changeovers, sanitation, and quality verification. The operator will train new staff and coordinate with maintenance to keep lines running smoothly.
Applicants should have a High School Diploma or GED and at least 5 years of extrusion experience. On-site employment with a full-time schedule.
